11 · Where growth could come from

Where could Infosys' growth come from?

Management said on 23 Apr 2026 that it expected FY27 revenue to grow 1.5%–3.5% in constant currency. Constant currency means growth without the effect of exchange-rate moves. On 23 Jul 2026 it lowered the band to 1.5%–3.0%. The CFO cited lower spending by a large European client, deals Infosys chose not to pursue, and a shift offshore. The Q2 FY27 results release of 23 Oct 2026 lowered it again, to 1%–2%. Each time the company kept its 20%–22% operating-margin band. That margin is the company's own IFRS measure, after depreciation, so it differs from EBITDA on this page.
